Role Title: Researcher

Reports to: Manager

Location: Wanda CBD, Panyu District Guangzhou

1. Key Accountabilities

Carry out all routine and non-routine report writing and information analysis with minimum supervision to ensure smooth operation.

l Research information regarding target companies on-line 

l Write and translate Reports 

l Administer and run Database

l Issue Certificates and Documents 

l Maintain Evidence Collection System

l Maintain Sample Registration System

l Complete special/contingency project assigned by management team if necessary

Communication

l Communicate quality information to operation as appropriate

l Coordinate with other colleague and provide support to drive and ensure implementation of customer satisfaction activities.

l Act as contact Point for Customs Liaison when needed.

2.  Experience & Expertise (Typical educational qualification& experience)

a. Educational background

4 years of College graduated in English or equivalent discipline.

b. Experience (years and nature)

l Requires minimum 5+ years of working experience.

l Excellent Communication Skills in Chinese and English

l Excellent Computer Skills

l Good analytical & coordination skill,

l Strong online search skill;

l Open mindedness and willing to learn/teach and show initiatives for self-improvement.

l Good team player
